One woman, 29, working in corporate. She works from home a few days a week, keeps standard hours, and is genuinely tidy — everything-has-a-place tidy. She's calm and friendly, into traveling, cooking, and reading. Not the type to just coexist — she'd like to build a real friendship over time, share a meal or an adventure now and then, but she also knows when to give space.

She's looking for a woman, around 28 to 35, who's clean, reliable, and respectful. Someone who values a peaceful home but is open to more than just splitting bills.

Good to know

No pets in the apartment. Smoking is fine on the balcony only. It's a quiet residential building, so keeping things calm after 10pm on weekdays matters. Overnight guests aren't a blanket no — but something she'd want to talk through together first.
