A 14m² unfurnished room in a quiet two-person flat with good natural light and balcony access. If you need a few basics to start, the current flatmate has a wardrobe with shelves and two clothes racks she'd sell you.

Common areas are fully furnished — kitchen, living room, everything you need. There's a small private garden downstairs and a garage. The flat is ideally located near Lycée des Arts et Métiers, in a quiet residential area.

Who you'd be living with

One flatmate — a 31-year-old architect, early bird, very tidy. She works from home most days out of the living room, reads a lot, and is into pilates and cooking. Calm energy, prefers a quick hello then her own space after a long day. She's looking for a woman between 25 and 40 — someone honest, respectful, and comfortable with open communication when something comes up.

Good to know

No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests, and no parties or late gatherings — this is a genuinely quiet home, usually winding down by 10pm. There's no TV in the living room. All the furniture and kitchenware in shared spaces belong to your flatmate, so they need to be treated with care, and nothing gets added without agreeing together first. She works from the living room daily, so she'd prefer you not set up a home office there either. Deeper cleaning is split and organized together.
