What is Ayla?+
Ayla is a matching service for flatshares in Luxembourg. You chat with her on WhatsApp, she gets to know how you live, and she introduces you to people who genuinely fit. There are no listings and nothing to browse.
What does it cost?+
Ayla is free while we launch. We want to get the service right before anything else. If that ever changes, you will know well in advance.
Is it safe? How do the identity checks work?+
Ayla describes what she does plainly and promises nothing she cannot keep. Identity is checked where it matters most, on both sides, before introductions are made. Introductions are deliberate and agreed: your number is shared only when both sides have said yes, and you never receive messages from people you were not introduced to. If anything ever feels off, there are humans behind Ayla you can reach.
How does the matching actually work? What does the AI do?+
Through conversation, Ayla learns how you live and what you care about: your rhythms, your habits, the things that matter to you at home. She uses AI to compare that with the people and homes she knows, looking well beyond budget and location. Then she proposes, and people decide. Nothing about who you meet is automatic.
Who can join?+
Everyone. Most homes on Ayla are mixed, and Ayla Femme exists as one track among many, for women who prefer to live with women. You choose what fits you, and the same checks apply everywhere.
I am a landlord, or I have a whole flat. Can I use Ayla?+
Yes. Ayla began in a landlord-run flatshare, and she works well for owners who care about who lives in their rooms. Start a chat, say you are a landlord, and a person will pick it up with you.
What happens to my data?+
Ayla uses your information to find you compatible flatmates, and for nothing else. It is not sold and not shared with advertisers. You can ask her to delete everything at any time, and she will.
Which areas does Ayla cover?+
Luxembourg, with most homes in and around the city. Tell Ayla where you are looking, and she will be honest with you about what she has there.
How long until I get an introduction?+
There is no fixed timing, and Ayla will not pretend otherwise. She introduces one person at a time, only when the fit is genuinely there, and she keeps you posted along the way. You can ask her where things stand at any moment.
Can I pause or leave anytime?+
Yes. Tell Ayla to pause and she waits; tell her you are done and she stops. She keeps to your pace in everything, and your data is deleted on request.
