One person digs into the paperwork: what the lease says, what the colocation pact could cover, what to ask the owner. Not a lawyer, just the one who reads before anyone signs.
The home maker
Once the keys exist, someone thinks about the shared spaces: what the living room needs, what gets bought together, what moving weekend looks like.
